Ingredients: Raw duck foie gras.
Approx. 20 slices (40g-60g). Ready to cook from frozen. Arrange the frozen slices in a preheated pan and cook on a high heat for 1-2 mins. on each side. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to the oven (mark 6/ 200°C) for 6-8 mins.
