 Clonakilty Black Pudding is a traditional Irish pudding. It has a wholesome appearance with a toasty aroma. Best cut to 2cm thick and either shallow fried or grilled Clonakilty has a moist and crumbly texture and a truly unique mild spicy flavour.

Ingredients: Oatmeal, onoins, beef fat (25%), water, beef blood powder, salt, potato starch, spices.

Since the Twomey family took responsibility for the secret recipe in the 1980's, the popularity of the Blackpudding has continued to grow, in Ireland and now around the world.
