Product Description

Briancon Gelatine Leaves, 1kg/400 sheets. A thickening agent derived from collegen.Gelatin sheets Porcine Briançon is made exclusively from pig skins. Gelatin contains 90% protein and contains no additives. Soak and swell 5 to 10 minutes  in cold water. Warm at the same time the liquid you want to thicken or gel , then Incorporate  the swollen gelatin into the warm liquid without boiling. Stir until gelatin is dissolved .Cool in refrigerator. 

+/_ 170 bloom. Its gel strength is expressed in Bloom. The Bloom value is an important criterion for the quality of gelatin. It is generally between 50 and 300. It shows the gel strength or firmness of a food gelatin.
