• A forest mushroom a distinctive aroma and flavours bear no resemblance to European varieties of mushroom. Their dominant flavour is good with rich and spicy Asian-inspired meat and shellfish dishes. Eat raw or cooked in salads soups or stir-fried.

• Heat-sealed bags.
