They are conform to the using code “NOUGAT DE MONTELIMAR” (minimum 30% soft grilledblanched almonds and minimum 25% of sweetening / honey).White, beige or even almond in colour, these chips are entirely made from natural ingredients. Crunchy, theyoffer the typical taste of “NOUGAT DE MONTELIMAR” and can be used as inserts, coating and decoration.
