En Place Tonka Beans 100g

Fragrant Tonka Beans are the seeds from a flowering Central American native tree commonly known as " Cumaru". The seeds contain the chemical isolate coumarin which both gives the tree its name and is responsible for Tonka Beans distinctive perfume aroma. Use in moderation grated finely on a microplane or infused into liquids to import an exotic complex flavour blend of vanilla, bitter cherry, liquorice and clove.
