It is prepared with lean pork and bacon coarsely minced and moderately flavoured with salt and aromas seasoned for a period varying from 3 to 6 months. Serve with cheese and fruit. Also good warmed with mushrooms and onions over focaccia bread.

Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, dextrose, flavourings, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite. Casing not edible.
