Our office is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Friday. Orders can be placed with any of our telesales staff during these hours, or by fax or email. Outside office hours customers can send their orders by fax or leave it on our answering machine.Orders for Dublin and Belfast City must be placed before 10pm for despatch the next day

Minimum Orders
All orders above 60.00 euro and 50.00 sterling will be delivered F.O.C. A charge of 10.00 euro and 9.00 sterling will be made to all orders less than this value.Pre Order Items
Within our catalogue there are a few products which are marked with an *. These products need to be pre ordered. On confirming the pre order the customer must accept and pay for the goods.Standing Orders
Customers who wish to order the same quantity of a specified product for the same day each week can set up a standing order. To cancel or change the standing order customers should telephone the office and give one week’s notice.Order forms
Customers who would like to send their orders by fax can request to have a customised order sheet compiled. Just contact the office to arrange this facility.
